Snoop Dogg
Found: one flavour, smooth and mellow, tastes of a drawl, last seen in a Belgian vending machine
- Location
- Vending machine beside a hotel conference room in Brussels, shelf C4
- Currently
- Discontinued flavour of crisp, still cooking up recipes
- Last confirmed sighting
- Tuesday, in a multipack, between salt and vinegar and prawn cocktail
- Observations
- Can add 'izzle' to a bag of crisps from three postcodes away.
Snoop Dogg is now a flavour of crisp, discontinued in most regions but still available in Brussels. The flavour is described on the packet as 'Smooth Roast Chicken with a Hint of Gin and Juice'. Delegates at the hotel's conference room report it pairs well with lanyards.
"I load the machine at six every morning, and C4 was empty when I left on Monday," said Agnes, a vending machine engineer. "Tuesday it's full of crisps, and each bag drops very slowly, like it's got nowhere to be. When it lands, it says 'fo' shizzle' in a crinkly voice."
Monday 06:10: Machine restocked, no sign of the flavour. Tuesday 09:30: Bags appear in C4, priced at €1.80. Wednesday 14:00: A delegate eats one and asks for the recipe. Thursday 11:15: Flavour sells out, then reappears. Friday 16:45: A cookbook is found in the hopper.
Check the best-before date, then enjoy slowly and without hurry.
