The earlier notice stated that Jessica Biel was in a jigsaw. She is in a 1,000-piece puzzle of a lighthouse, found in a charity shop on Dublin's northside by a man named Declan. One piece is missing, and she occupies the gap, mostly sky.

The council has received eleven complaints and nine compliments since Thursday. Residents of the bus shelter say the puzzle is blocking the timetable, while one woman praised the lighthouse's 'very convincing sinner-style gloom'. A caretaker asks that nobody sneeze near the tray.

Her statement was passed on by a seagull that regularly visits the shelter and appears to read lips. It said she is comfortable, the light is excellent, and she would like the box lid turned so she can see The Illusionist playing on a neighbour's telly. She asks that nobody force a piece in.

Guidance for the public

Do not attempt to complete the puzzle until the sky has been consulted.
