Beach closed to ambassadors until further notice as tide reaches the podium, expect light drizzle and turrets
- Location

- Currently
- Sandcastle judge, holding a briefing at every moat
- Last confirmed sighting

- Observations

The subject has accepted a post as chief judge of a children's sandcastle contest, held on a beach that appears each morning beside a bench in Copenhagen. He wears a lanyard and carries a briefing folder, and has been seen awarding points for drawbridge diplomacy. He is fine and has asked for more buckets.
"I sell ice lollies from the kiosk, and I've never seen anyone take a moat so seriously," said Birgit, 52. "He stood at a little podium he made from wet sand, gave a statement about the east tower, and then paused for a sip of water. The tide waited until he'd finished."
Is he still Secretary of State? He says the role travels with him, mostly in a bucket. Can he be contacted? Yes, through the flag on the tallest turret. Does he accept bribes of shells? Only if they are well presented and have a clear agenda.
Do not stand in his moat, and keep statements under one wave.
