Observations
Changes outfit every eleven minutes, including at least twice while asleep in the pedalo.

The pedalo left a boating lake near Cardiff in April and has since drifted, by routes nobody can explain, to a canal beside the Western Line in Mumbai. The occupant is fit, well and wearing a different outfit every shift. A headset microphone is still in use.

A tour of the Arabian Sea is scheduled, beginning Friday with two shows off Marine Drive and a matinee near a buoy. A costume change is planned at each lighthouse. Dates beyond Oman are subject to tide, pedal fatigue and the availability of dancers who can swim.

"I sell tea from a trolley on the 8:14, and I saw her go past at the window doing the hand thing from Vogue," said Anil, a tea seller. "Everyone on the train struck a pose. It was the quietest the carriage has ever been, and the chai still sold out."
