Last confirmed sighting
Replying to himself in a stairwell near the kiosk, twice
Observations
Once harmonised with a kettle so thoroughly that it was offered a tour.

Brian May is currently cataloguing his own echoes, beginning with those loitering around a tea kiosk in Istanbul. By Tuesday he had logged 212, each one a fraction more layered than the last. The kiosk owner, Hakan, says they all arrive in harmony.

Among the items recorded were a sixpence coin ringing faintly inside a samovar, a guitar line repeating itself from a pigeon loft, and a stomp-stomp-clap coming from under the kiosk counter.

In a statement relayed by Hakan's cousin Gülay, who delivers simit nearby, Mr May said the echoes are all in tune and that he is merely numbering them. He asked that nobody shout anything memorable near the kiosk.

Guidance for the public

Do not clap near the kiosk unless you are prepared to hear it back in harmony.
