Observations
Can be assembled from a single allen key and one stern paragraph.

A second JD Vance was found in a yellow skip behind a Swedish furniture showroom, wedged between a wardrobe door and eleven coat hooks. The original, who is fine, identified it by the beard and by the fact that it began a speech when the lid was lifted.

He is restoring it in a lock-up with a sanding block and a tin of beeswax. Progress is steady but slow, as the spare keeps trying to deliver remarks to the workbench and needs to be turned to face a wall.

The public keep asking whether the spare has read Hillbilly Elegy. It has, and it has underlined the whole book in pencil. Asked if the two can be left alone together, the answer is no, because they then form a lectern.

Guidance for the public

Do not sit on the spare, and do not accept its leaflet.
