Tyson Fury is now a font, installed on a single church laptop in Mexico City and spreading by email to parish newsletters. Maureen, the volunteer who types the Sunday notices, says the capital T arrives wearing a small crown. He is fine and has asked for the line spacing to be increased.
The vicar tried switching to Comic Sans, but the letters rearranged into a fighting stance and refused to justify. Brenda reinstalled the software twice and found it humming 'American Pie' through the bold setting. Shrinking the text to 8 point only made it ring the bell louder.
Monday, 9.10am: the tombola notice prints with a robe attached. Tuesday, 2pm: the bring-and-buy poster comes out with the letters shuffling in time. Thursday, 7.45pm: the choir list is set in rhyming couplets. Saturday, 11am: the word 'Furious' appears unprompted at the bottom of the raffle tickets.
Please keep newsletters in regular type and do not ask it to sing.
