Russell Brand has been laminated at 250 microns, curls included, and now hangs beside the luggage trolleys at a small Icelandic airport. Staff discovered him when a cleaner wiped him down and he finished a sentence that had begun on Tuesday. He remains fluent, though every long word now arrives with a faint squeak.

A tour of the Icelandic regional noticeboards begins on Friday, with dates at Egilsstaðir, Akureyri and one corkboard in Höfn. A second leg is pencilled in for the staff canteen in March, subject to drawing pins. Tangents will be extended by request, with no interval.
